Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
This policy explains how Level Method LLC ("Level Method," "we") handles consumer health data, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada law, that we collect for our own purposes. It supplements our Privacy Notice at levelmethod.com/privacy. It does not cover records a gym or coach manages through Level Method. For those, the gym or coach decides how the data is used, we process it on their instructions, and requests go to them.
What we collect and why
- Bodyweight, body measurements and training history you enter in the Level Predictor, the free analysis form or the Level Method Individual app.
- Pain, injury, sleep, readiness and health-screening answers you give in the analysis form or the Individual app.
- The health statements you make when you accept the Individual app waiver.
- Fitness levels, assessment results and workout records, which may reveal information about your health.
We use this data to provide what you ask for: your predicted level, your analysis and a coach's follow-up, your programming, and your account. We also use it to keep the Services secure and to meet legal obligations.
Sources
We collect it from you, and from the device and app you use.
Sharing
We do not sell consumer health data. We share it with third parties or affiliates only with your consent, or where needed to provide a service you ask for. Our service providers process it for us under contract; they host our systems and deliver our email and support.
On our public website, Google and Meta may collect information about your use of the site over time and across other websites, such as page views, clicks to start a trial and purchases. We share no consumer health data with them for advertising: the Level Predictor and the analysis form send them nothing.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data;
- give you access to it, with a list of the third parties and affiliates we shared it with and how to contact them;
- delete it;
- withdraw your consent.
Email support@levelmethod.com. We may need to verify your identity. We respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by 45 days when reasonably necessary, after telling you. Deleted data may remain for up to six months in encrypted backups that are used only for disaster recovery and are not otherwise accessed; if we restore a backup, we re-apply your deletion.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We answer appeals within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, you may complain to the Washington Attorney General (atg.wa.gov/file-complaint) or the Nevada Attorney General (ag.nv.gov).
Changes
We will post any change to this policy here, with a new effective date. If the change is material, we will also show a notice on our website.
