What is Level Method?

The Level Method is a system that measures and classifies an individual’s fitness level and automatically assigns appropriate programming for them based on a tiered progression chart.

Students are motivated to progress up “levels” in a structured way that introduces movements at appropriate times for their fitness levels, keeping them safe and inspired.

Level Method comes with a training program to help educate teachers on the philosophy behind the system and programming.

Level Method programming takes the guesswork and time out of creating workouts for specific fitness levels keeping classes efficient and effective.
